Turmeric Chickpea Vegetable Soup

Sweet potatoes, sweet peppers, carrots and celery slowly cooked with turmeric, ginger, bay, garlic and onions in extra virgin olive oil and served with pasta noodles, chickpeas and red lentils and topped with finely chopped spring onions and chives.


 

Vegetable, Cannellini and Piombi Pasta Stew

Courgette, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, red lentils and cannellini beans gently cooked with rich coconut cream, fresh sage, bay and flat leaf parsley with a dash of apple cider vinegar and served with mini piombi pasta balls.
